Welcome to this wonderful holiday house of luxury that contains every convenience to create the ideal setting for a wonderful holiday with family and friends.

The holiday house, which has a size of 265 m2, built in 2011 and lies at Langeland surrounded by beatiful nature and woods in the backyard, walking distance to lovely sandy beaches and the pleasant marina and port in Lohals.

The house is built around a central placed kitchen with its dining area and a cozy living room with fireplace. From here there is access to 2 separate private facilities with location at opposite ends of the house and each with its own bathroom. Both private facilities have 3 bedrooms with room for 2 people in each bedroom.

In total there is room for 16 overnight guests in 6 double bedrooms and an open upper flor with mattresses for 4 people, so there is plenty of room for either to take family or friends for gatherings. It must be mentioned that pets are of course also very welcome. The limit is 2.

The house also contains an impressive water park with a 18 m2 pool with water slide, a nice 6 person spa and a large sauna. Furthermore the house olso has an activity room, which guarantees many hours of entertainment with ping-pong, billiards, darts, foosball, Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii. There is also internet and cable TV with both Danish and international channels.

For outdoor activities there's a sandbox and a swing for the youngest and several games for the adults.

We have done our very best to be able to offer this luxury holiday house. In all modesty, we think that this house can uncover needs of all ages to have a wonderful holiday.
